Intern PR Child Safety and Technology (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibilities:

  • Support the Child Safety and Technology Manager in all global PR and communications activities.
  • Support the Child Safety and Technology Manager in the finalization of press features, social media projects, analysis and benchmarking for press/talents/influencers and VIP seeding, coordinating, and organizing press presentations and events, creating new formats related to CS and Technology.
  • Support in dealing with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product management, Corporate Architecture and Events, Strategic Development, Analysis and Testing) and local Markets to implement local events and follow-up on post-event reports
  • Coordination and development of the PR tool kits, as well as distribution to the international markets. Among assets: press releases, product descriptions, visual assets and dedicated press materials
  • Coordinate and finalize samples orders and supporting in the execution of press and influencer seeding activations
  • Supporting and finalizing the internal press and activation reporting activities, such as monthly PR highlights, PR results analysis, competitors projects analysis and potential impact on other areas of the business
  • Press review and monitoring of print and online publications, coordinating the development of the internal database for the division
  • Ensure to always represent the brand properly, and to be able to present the company and its portfolio to press, influencers, agencies and relevant stakeholders when needed

Your profile of qualification:

  • Graduate level required with a degree preferably in PR/Communication or related fields
  • Ideally previous experience in a comparable position in an international environment
  • Structured and reliable way of thinking and working, as well as enjoying new challenges
  • Strong hands-on, start-up and team player attitude
  • Proficient in the common MS-Office products
  • Fluency in Italian and very good languages skills in English, any other European language would be a plus
