Your Areas of Responsibility:
- Responsible for the strategic development and expansion of the brand's global social media channels, aligning closely with the overarching communications and content strategy
- Collaborate closely with the Creative, Content Production, Digital/E-Commerce, and Product Marketing teams to craft impactful campaigns and a cohesive social strategy, employing a 360 approach and fostering community engagement to uphold the brand's message excellence
- Partner with the Creative and Content teams to ensure seamless adaptations in format, messaging, and user expectations across all platforms
- Foster regular and relevant communication with the community across channels by closely collaborating with the Influencers and VIP team, providing insights on profile data when necessary
- Maintain a unified strategy across diverse channels, continuously enhancing user engagement by adjusting strategies based on emerging trends pertinent to the target audience's interests
- Ensure consistency on a global scale by aligning with local key markets, providing guidance and data such as social media tools, analytics, reports, briefings, and toolkit distribution and adaptations
- Oversee and manage the company's social media accounts, with a focus on optimizing cross-channel communications to achieve brand marketing objectives, acting as the primary internal point of contact
- Conduct long-term assessments of the digital communications strategy, offering regular reports to management outlining potential enhancements and changes in marketing plans to enhance social media awareness, visibility, and profitability
- Develop and coordinate the global social media editorial calendar, collaborating with all stakeholders for seamless execution, and supporting local marketing teams in adaptations and toolkit distribution
- Coordinate the distribution and storage of all social media assets using requisite tools and platforms
Your Profile of Qualifications:
- Demonstrated background and extensive experience in digital and social media communications (minimum 4-5 years), with a strong marketing focus. Experience in agency or lifestyle backgrounds is preferred
- Proficiency in managing social media channels, with the ability to devise strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, and Threads
- Competence in Digital PR and Digital Marketing is advantageous
- Driven by ROI and KPIs, with a holistic focus on maximizing stakeholder relationships
- Exceptional project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach to collaborative work with both direct and indirect team members
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Position based in the Milan HQ, with occasional travel to the Munich and Bayreuth HQs
