Your areas of responsibilities:
- Execute on sales strategies to effectively sell our products to B2B retailers within the juvenile industry.
- Manage existing accounts while actively seeking out new leads to expand the customer portfolio.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers through regular visits and personalized consultations.
- Coordinate and host customer events, as well as in-store and online promotional activities within the sales territory.
- Merchandise products & POS in Line with VM Guidelines
- Provide coaching and product training sessions to retailers and other clients to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Analyze sales data, forecast trends, and manage budgets effectively.
- Relay customer feedback and competitor insights to relevant departments within the organization to facilitate timely responses to market demands.
Your profile of qualification:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in field sales, account management, or retail sales, preferably within similar industries such as retail, FMCG, luxury, or technical goods.
- Demonstrated understanding of premium and luxury markets with proven ability to promote and sell products effectively.
- Proficient in both English and Danish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a high sense of initiative, capable of working independently and managing a remote/home office.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic and driven personality with a passion for sales and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is desirable
