Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Execute on sales strategies to effectively sell our products to B2B retailers within the juvenile industry.
  • Manage existing accounts while actively seeking out new leads to expand the customer portfolio.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers through regular visits and personalized consultations.
  • Coordinate and host customer events, as well as in-store and online promotional activities within the sales territory.
  • Merchandise products & POS in Line with VM Guidelines
  • Provide coaching and product training sessions to retailers and other clients to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Analyze sales data, forecast trends, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Relay customer feedback and competitor insights to relevant departments within the organization to facilitate timely responses to market demands.

 

Your profile of qualification:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in field sales, account management, or retail sales, preferably within similar industries such as retail, FMCG, luxury, or technical goods.
  • Demonstrated understanding of premium and luxury markets with proven ability to promote and sell products effectively.
  • Proficient in both English and Danish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high sense of initiative, capable of working independently and managing a remote/home office.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic and driven personality with a passion for sales and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is desirable
