Area of responsibilities: 

  • Support the Danish Head of Sales in executing local marketing initiatives across Denmark.
  • Develop compelling sales presentations and marketing materials to support both the sales team and retail customers.
  • Own and drive the development and execution of joint marketing plans with retail partners, ensuring strong alignment with both brand and partner objectives.
  • Plan and execute local B2C fairs, brand events, and partner retail activations.
  • Execute our POS excellence strategy and e-retail guidelines, ensuring strong brand presence in both physical stores and online platforms.
  • Localize and implement the global brand strategy, including trade marketing, PR, and influencer campaigns.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers relevant to our category.
  • Collaborate with the Global Trade team and other stakeholders to support Shop-in-Shop concepts and rollouts.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and customer journeys, both online and offline, to identify opportunities and insights.
  • Coordinate new product launches, ensuring alignment with global timelines and messaging.
  • Edit and adapt local digital content to ensure consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all campaigns.
  • Manage and guide local PR agencies, including setting KPIs, tracking performance, and ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
  • Ensure relevant content is optimized, distributed, and visible across all key digital channels for maximum reach and impact


 

Profile of qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail or trade marketing, preferably within the consumer goods or lifestyle industry.
  • Proven experience working with PR and influencer campaigns.
  • Hands-on and proactive mindset with strong initiative and ownership.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Confident managing multiple projects and collaborating across departments and teams.
  • Fluent in Danish and English – both written and spoken.
