General Responsibilities

The Account Advisor responsible for achieving a defined sales budget by driving sales in his geographic area by optimizing our brand representation and consumer experience as well as enhancing our instore exposure and marketing effectiveness. Provide analysis on the performance of the territory assigned as well as where there may be any variations (+/-).

 

Your areas of responsibilities:

  •  Inform and sell Cybex and gb products to retailers in the assigned geographic area
  • Host frequently product trainings for the assigned retailers and national accounts
  • Merchandise products & POS in line with VM Guidelines
  • Maintain and develop existing and new retailer relationships (with store, department, and regional managers) in order to optimize our quality of service, our business growth, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on general market and competitor activities and provide relevant feedback.
  • Use all systems and procedures to update relevant information maintained and housed at Corporate HQ; i.e. field reports/training reports.
  • Plan and support local marketing activities to agree upon budgets and timelines. Host in-store events for CYBEX product and participate in local fairs and events.
  • Integrate training efforts with other internal marketing activities, e.g. product launches, promotions, exhibitions and public relations events Merchandise products & POS in line with VM Guidelines

   

Your profile of qualification:

  • 1-2 years’ experience working in a retail environment.
  • Field sales experience and or product demonstration experience
  • Experience in trainings for Retailers and Customers are preferable.
  • Good MS office knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Possess proficient to outstanding excel skills.
  • Willingness to expand your existing knowledge base.
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time, often overnight.
  • Ability to work weekends.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and (ability to rent a car).
  • Ability to pack/transport product weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently.
  • Ability to drive up to 5 hours in a stretch.
  • Ability to stay overnight while traveling the territory.
