Your seat to fill:
 

  • Welcome customers warmly as they enter the store.
  • Represent the CYBEX premium brand by providing a professional and welcoming first impression.
  • Provide general assistance and direct customers to the appropriate team members when needed.
  • Assist customers with transporting purchased items to their vehicles, where required.
  • Maintain a visible security presence and respond calmly and appropriately to incidents in accordance with company procedures.
  • Monitor the store environment and report any safety, security, or operational concerns through the appropriate channels.
  • Help maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for customers, visitors, and colleagues at all times.
     


Your stroll to CYBEX:

 

  • Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, concierge or customer-facing roles
  • Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Well-groomed appearance suitable for a luxury environment
  • Ability to remain calm and assertive in challenging situations
  • Fluent Dutch and English language skills
  • This role may require occasional light lifting, such as assisting with strollers.


Working Conditions
 

  • Part-time position (approx. 20 hours per week)
  • Working days: Monday – Sunday (rotating schedule)
  • Working hours: 10:00 – 18:00
  • Break time: 30 minutes
