We are a young, fun and dynamic team. Our beautiful 2 floors store is based in P.C Hoofstraat in Amsterdam and we are looking for additional team members to join us, to learn, to grow and to create a unique in-store experience for new parents !

Students looking for part time work, young graduates or experienced staff looking for full time work, you are all welcome to apply !

Your areas of ​​responsibilities:    

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through premium brand experience
  • Be a role model for VIP consumer service, assess consumer needs and provide for our lifestyle collections detailed information and excellent demonstrations
  • Offer premium after-sales services and assist with certain repairs as well as process returns and exchanges and adhere to cash and profit protection procedures
  • Maintain a premium easy-to-shop environment for consumers and comply with store policies and security standards
  • Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management
  • Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members to meet and exceed store goals
  • Identify improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to drive sales and achieve store KPI targets

 

Your profile of qualification:

  • First in-store sales experience in luxury, premium high end retail/fashion or juvenile industry would be an advantage but we are open for people ready to have their first experience too !
  • Passion and interest in the juvenile world or in design & fashion paired with strong consumer focus
  • Strong hands-on, start-up and team player attitude 
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours according to the needs of business (day shifts and saturdays shifts only)
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written, a good understanding of Dutch would be beneficial
