Sales Representative Netherlands (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Develop CYBEX child safety product and lifestyle trainings for our retailers and internal use. 
  • Set up regular trainings for retail staff 
  • Sell Cybex products and be also responsible for the NL team target
  • Monitor and evaluate the child safety market and the competition. Same applies for Lifestyle market.
  • Refer customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands
  • Identify market opportunities regarding child safety and lifestyle and think big! 
  • Merchandise products & POS in Line with VM Guidelines
  • Organize and lead in store events with retailers 
  • Set up a work IG and make local content for retailers and consumers to view. 
  • Participate in international fairs

 

Your profile of qualification:

  • Few years of professional experience as a Sales Representative or Trainer/ Merchandiser in a similar environment
  • Preferably with exposure to Automotive, 
  • Have a good understanding of premium markets and/or luxury retail businesses and how to promote & sell products
  • Ideally graduated from a university degree within Business field and/or other
  • Strong English & Dutch language skills both verbal and written
  • High sense of initiative
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Driven, motivated & dynamic personality
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Willingness to travel upto 70 %
