Job title - Assistant After Sales Spain (part-time)

 

Your areas of responsibilities:

 

  • Attend the stores claims and doubts about quality and after sales issues ( B2B)
  • Fix those issues as soon as possible by following the company processes
  • Improve the service quality and processes when possible 
  • Exchange the product in warranty if it proceeds
  • Ownership of the administrative tasks 
  • Follow up of the repairs in the centralized workshop
  • Attend the phone calls from the stores

 

Your profile of qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a post-sales or commercial department 
  • Commercial sensitivity
  • Organization, rigor, ability to work as a team 
  • Mastery of the office package. Knowledge of a ticketing tool would be a plus. 
  • Spanish, English essential, fluency in Portuguese would be a plus.
  • Residence in the Barcelona area
