Your areas of responsibilities:

Evaluate reclaimed goods, concerning function and quality
Handling tickets of customer enquiries and complaints via phone and provide solutions
Support on technical repairs on reclaimed products, same day the products arrive to the repair center
For the repairing part, be compliant with internal processes (see below):
Restocking and organization of spare parts
Keeping the work area clean and tidy
Receive well products from customers
Take photos of every product before repairing it
Repair it taking care of quality and security
Package all the repaired product into a good condition box with plastic film

Your profile of qualification:

Technical and/commercial understanding/degree
Preferable first work experience in the field of after sales, repairs or customer care
Good MS Office skills, SAP would be a plus
Good English skills is a must as well as native Spanish, good Portuguese skills would be a plus
Team player and customer focus
Able to work under pressure
Ability to react sensitive and smart to customer wishes
Creative thinking in order to find new solutions
Flexible approach and hands on mentality
