Specialist International Tax Accounting & Compliance (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure compliance with international tax laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions, including tax filings, reporting, and documentation requirements
  • Prepare and review tax provisions, tax account reconciliations, and tax compliance workpapers in accordance with local statutory requirements
  • Assist in the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation and calculations to ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Analyze and interpret international tax treaties, laws, and regulations to assess the impact on the company's tax positions and operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and external tax advisors, to support tax planning initiatives and transactions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including tax authorities and auditors, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration


Your profile of qualification:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in international tax accounting and compliance, with good understanding of international tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing tax compliance issues
  • Fluent in English, German or other language is beneficial
