Your seat to fill:

 

  • Act as a trusted legal advisor to business stakeholders across the EMEA region, providing strategic and solution-oriented legal support with a strong focus on IT, Operations, and Supply Chain matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents, particularly in the areas of IT, Operations and Supply Chain 
  • Contribute to the development, standardization, and continuous enhancement of internal legal frameworks, contract templates, and policies to support scalable and efficient business operations 
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues within the EMEA Legal Team and cross-functional stakeholders, providing support on regional and international projects as well as day-to-day legal matters

  • Fully qualified lawyer, admitted to the German bar
  • Professional experience gained in an international company or a law firm is highly desirable
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Business-oriented mindset combined with strong analytical skills and a pragmatic, solution-driven approach
  • Self-driven and structured working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Team player with strong communication skills and the confidence to advise senior stakeholders
