Your seat to fill:
- Own the RUN pillar of the DTC ecosystem, ensuring stable, SLA compliant operations while supporting GOVERN activities in collaboration with Solution Architects
- Manage day to day L2/L3 incidents, service requests, and feature requests, including root cause analysis, resolution, and continuous improvement delivery
- Act as the primary IT contact for business stakeholders, capturing and translating functional and technical requirements into sustainable solutions
- Drive continuous improvements through a structured feature request process and proactively identify service gaps, efficiency gains, and cost optimization opportunities
- Coordinate releases, upgrades, migrations, and system updates across the application landscape, ensuring architectural alignment with IT standards
- Monitor service delivery performance using SLAs and KPIs, ensuring agreed service levels are consistently met
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to jointly own platform governance, standards, and compliance with non functional requirements (security, performance, legal)
- Liaise with external service providers and coordinate with internal teams including eCom, CRM, PMO, IT, Digital, Engineering, and Product Management
- Contribute to solution design, technical specifications, and documentation, including diagrams and process flows
- Coach and support team members while ensuring adherence to IT policies, principles, and guidelines
Your stroll to CYBEX:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Extensive experience in Salesforce Core architecture, development, or support
- Hands on experience in at least two of: Service Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, Data 360
- Experience in Service Delivery, Incident Management, or Operations (ITIL preferred)
- Exposure to Retail, E Commerce, and Salesforce Order Management is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and ability to work in an international environment
- High ownership mindset, adaptability to Change as well as strong interpersonal skills
