Your seat to fill:
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations, to provide financial guidance and support performance improvement initiatives
- Take ownership of the month-end closing activities for your assigned areas, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality financial reporting while continuously improving closing processes
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial results by comparing actual performance against budgets and forecasts, providing meaningful insights and recommendations
- Monitor key cost drivers and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed business decisions
- Track and report on cost efficiency initiatives, waste reduction, and productivity improvements, helping the business achieve its operational and financial objectives
- Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate controlling and reporting processes to improve efficiency and data quality
- Develop insightful management reports, dashboards, and business cases that enable leadership to make data-driven strategic decisions
- Act as a trusted finance business partner, translating financial data into clear business insights and recommendations for both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Your stroll to CYBEX:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Business Controlling within an international environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage); experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus
- A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in process optimization and automation
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, take on challenges, and impact business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across departments and influence stakeholders
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
