(Senior) Lead Engineer (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

 

  • Developing Strollers, Runners, Bike Trailers and Children Furniture (Highchairs, Beds, etc.) from concept to series production
  • Products range from Ultra Compact Light Weight Buggies over Electrical Driven Prams to High Quality Wooden Furniture
  • Leadership of small, international construction teams with professional authority
  • Implementing innovative mechanical solutions and creation of hand-drawn sketches for quick visualization
  • Creation of technical documentation for external suppliers and leading projects with external partners - e.g. Requirement Management / Change Management
  • Intensive support for our foreign suppliers during series production launch
  • Develop and monitor internal processes to ensure a high level of engineering quality and be the technical expert for this

Your profile of qualification:

 

  • Successfully completed technical engineering studies (Master or Bachelor), with a focus on mechanics, plastics, mechatronics or similar
  • Many years of experience in developing mechanical industrial / consumer goods made of plastic or metal
  • Valid experience / track record steering interdisciplinary teams with external suppliers
  • High motivation to follow an expert career path
  • Profound 3D CAD skills (PTC Creo or similar)
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
  • Fluency in English
