Your seat to fill:

 

  • Advise and support the company across the EMEA region on all legal matters
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents for the EMEA region
  • Lead negotiations and execute M&A transactions
  • Support the Compliance Team in all law related matters 
  • Further develop the existing Legal AI landscape and drive its continuous expansion

 

Your stroll to CYBEX:

 

  • Fully qualified lawyer, preferably with both German State Examinations
  • Several years of professional experience in a law firm and/or an international in-house legal department
  • Strong expertise in commercial, M&A, and corporate matters; additional experience in compliance matters is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex national and international agreements
  • Experience in providing pragmatic legal advice to senior management and business stakeholders
  • Ability to independently manage legal projects and coordinate external counsel across multiple jurisdictions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate legal risks into business-oriented recommendations
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
