Your seat to fill:

 

  • Advice and support to all group companies in the EMEA region in all legal matters
  • Review, drafting and negotiation of contracts and other legal documents for the EMEA region
  • Advice departments on data protection matters with the help of our external data protection officer
  • Further develop the existing Legal AI landscape and drive its continuous expansion

 

Your stroll to CYBEX:

 

  • Fully qualified lawyer with both German State Examinations 
  • Several years of professional experience in a law firm and/or an international in-house legal department
  • Strong expertise in commercial and corporate matters
  • Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating national and international agreements
  • Experience in providing pragmatic legal advice to senior management and business stakeholders
  • Ability to independently manage legal projects and coordinate external counsel across multiple jurisdictions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate legal risks into business-oriented recommendations
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
