(Senior) Specialist Indirect Product Procurement (m/f/d) - Part Time 20 h/week

Your areas of responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the procurement process for indirect categories
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and supplier performance
  • Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, and provide procurement support and guidance
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Drive continuous improvement and stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in procurement
  • Mentor and coach junior members of the procurement team, sharing expertise and knowledge
     

Your profile of qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Experience in indirect procurement, managing procurement projects and achieving cost savings targets
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, Hands-on mentality, with a focus on delivering practical solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in procurement tools and software (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluent in English, good command of German language, minimum B2 level
