(Senior) Specialist Logistics (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:
 

  • Close collaboration with the warehousing and transportation team to optimize logistics processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs
  • Support in the implementation of complex logistics operational solutions through analysis, process design, and active participation in end-to-end solution implementation
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives in the logistics area and act as a key user for logistics projects across the company, including monitoring outcomes
  • Support standardization initiatives, including the creation of SOPs and SLAs with our logistics partners
  • Prepare performance reports and support logistics management by providing and analyzing logistics KPIs
  • Lead regular logistics activities that require comprehensive end-to-end logistics expertise

 

Your profile of qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field
  • Proven experience in logistics operations, the knowledge of transportation planning is a plus 
  • Basic Knowledge of SAP and WMS/TMS
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks concurrently
  • Attention to detail and wiliness to work with repetitive tasks
  • Strong hands-on mentality, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Fluent in English, very good command of German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
