Area of Responsibilities:

1. ESG Data Collection, Reporting, and Disclosure:

• Define, collect, compile, and report ESG data and metrics in compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and EU Taxonomy.
• Ensure comprehensive and accurate ESG disclosure, supported by ESG software platforms.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and project management efforts to enable effective data collection and validation.
• Coordinate and implement CO2 accounting processes, including Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) and Product Carbon Footprint (PCF).

    
2. Monitoring and Internal Steering:

• Continuously monitor, analyze, and interpret ESG data to support internal decision-making processes.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for enhancing sustainability performance.

    
3. Data Management:

• Develop and manage a robust system architecture for ESG data management, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data security.
• Implement data governance best practices to guarantee auditable and transparent reporting processes.

Profile of Qualifications:

• ESG Expertise: Demonstrated experience with ESG reporting frameworks, including CSRD, ESG standards, platforms, and data management.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, or a related field.
