Your seat to fill:
- Build a strong on-the-ground presence across key European cities, connecting with talent in local retail environments and strengthening relationships with stores and regional stakeholders
- Independently manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, with a primary focus on Retail roles (store operations and retail management) and selective support for corporate Sales roles
- Partner closely with leadership, HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, including market mapping, salary benchmarking, and candidate market insights
- Act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers by sharpening role requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and our customer-centric culture
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for Retail and Sales talent, including talent mapping, active sourcing, and building sustainable pipelines
- Create and manage engaging job postings across relevant channels to attract top Retail and customer-facing talent
- Monitor and manage incoming applications via the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient pipeline management and a seamless candidate experience
- Lead interview coordination, conduct interviews and manage candidate communication in close alignment with Hiring Managers, ensuring structured assessments and an engaging candidate journey
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and reports such as hiring progress, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and other key talent acquisition KPIs for management review
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition, including process optimization, employer branding and recruiting campaigns
Your stroll to CYBEX:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong professional experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a proven track record in hiring for Retail and sales roles within consumer goods environments for premium or luxury brands
- Deep expertise in active sourcing, candidate engagement and interview techniques, combined with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems such as SAP SuccessFactors
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
- Solid understanding of German labor law and recruitment compliance, paired with a data-driven mindset and experience working with recruiting KPIs
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong interest in employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with fluency in German and English
- Willingness to travel across key European cities to stay close to local retail markets and build strong relationships with stores and stakeholders
