Accountant Payables Full-Time / Part-Time (m/f/d)

Your seat to fill:

 

  • Process and verify incoming invoices, travel expense reports, and corporate credit card statements in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Perform regular account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of open items
  • Prepare monthly accruals to ensure expenses are recorded in the correct accounting period and support accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare weekly payment proposals, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Create and maintain master data in the accounting system ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls


Your stroll to CYBEX:

 

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification 
  • You have already gained professional experience in accounting, preferably in the accounts payable area
  • Comfortable with relevant accounting software and MS Office applications (especially Excel) and ideally already some experience with SAP
  • A precise way of working and the ability to work in a team
  • Fluent in English and German on a good understanding level, additional languages are a plus
