Areas of responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming customer complaints and after sales complaints upon completion.
- Carry out administrative and organizational tasks.
- Planning in deliveries and following up on logisitcal issues.
- Main contact for customers, key accounts and distribution partners.
- Order processing via phone, email or EDI package.
- Initiate free-of-charge product exchange.
- Provide updates on actual after sales topics.
Profile of Qualifications:
- Successfully completed Commercial Apprenticeship or similar.
- First experience the customer relations field (or similar) within an international environment.
- Fluent in German and English both.
- Proactive and service orientated personality.
