Your aereas of resposibilities:

  • Intercompany bookings and support on Finance open intercompany topics
  • Month end/ Halfyear/ year end closing with Finance
  • Factory Ordersheet & Rangeplan and product specifics administrator
  • Support on document creation for CRM Distributor (Chamber of Commerce, Customs/Embassy)
  • Administrative support on Customer requests and on daily customer business
  • Interface Int. Marketing for updates/availabilities of POS


Your profile of qualification:

  • Great MS office knowledge; SAP/ERP knowledge preferred
  • Very good English command
  • Structured and well organized with good prioritization skills
  • Higly motivated teamplayer
  • Independent and self sufficient
  • Attention to details
