Assistant CR International Sales (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

 

  • Order processing via phone, email or EDI package
  • Planning in deliveries and following up on logistics issues
  • Supporting accounts payable and finance department
  • Main contact for customers, key accounts and distribution partners
  • Carry out administrative and organizational tasks
  • Handle customer complaints and after sales complaints

 

Your profile of qualification:

 

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience in export
  • Good to great MS office knowledge
  • SAP/ERP knowledge preferred
  • Excellent command of English and proficiency in other European languages.
  • Excellent communication skills. Structured and well organized
  • Highly motivated, Team player, Independent and to be able to work under pressure
