Your areas of responsibilities
- Order processing (domestic and factory) via phone, email or EDI package
- Planning in deliveries and following up on logistics issues
- Supporting accounts payable and finance department
- Main contact for customers, key accounts and distribution partners
- Carry out administrative and organizational tasks
- Handle customer complaints
- Assist in testing new transaction & processes in SAP
- Handling special payment terms and liaising with bank
- Assisting in CRM reports
- Define country specific payment and export terms
- Managing special shipping request
Your profile of qualification:
- Commercial apprenticeship or similar education
- Preferably up to 3 years working experience in a similar position
- Team-minded, Resilient, Ability to respond sensitively and skillfully to customer wishes, Flexible, Eloquent
- Strong English and German language skills
- Good to great MS office knowledge; SAP/ERP knowledge preferred
