Assistant Customer Relations (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Order processing via phone, email or EDI package
  • Planning in deliveries and following up on logistics issues
  • Supporting accounts payable and finance department
  • Main contact for customers, key accounts and distribution partners
  • Carry out administrative and organizational tasks
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Handling after sales complaints

 
Your profile of qualification:

  • College or commercial education
  • Relevant work experience as office administrator
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience in export
  • Good to great MS office knowlegde
  • SAP/ERP knowledge preferred
  • Good English command
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong English and German language skills
