Assistant Customer Relations France (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Main contact for our French customers and distribution partners
  • Build long-term relationships with our local customers in cooperation with the local sales team
  • Order processing for the whole order process
  • Handle customer complaints

 

Your profile of qualification:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Professional experience in sales or in customer service, preferably within an international environment
  • French language skills at a native language level, as well as very good English language skills
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office, SAP would be a plus
  • Friendly and open-minded personality with high service orientation
