Assistant - Customer Service / Fan Engagement (m/f/d)

We are looking for:

  • A native English speaker who also speaks a second european language 
  • A native Italian speaker who also speaks English (other european languages are desirable)

 

Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Ensure a first-class customer service following our global Fan Engagement strategy
  • Deal and engage directly with end-consumers via social media and other channels (e.g. phone, email)
  • Provide answers to end-consumer inquiries on the entire product portfolio for all brands
  • Direct inquiries and unresolved issues to the specialized department and collect the relevant information to answer the end-consumer inquiry

 

Your profile of qualification:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
  • Ideally, first experience in customer service
  • Independent and service-oriented way of working
  • Italian or English skills on a native level
  • This position can be based in either Prague, Czech Republic or Bayreuth, Germany
