Your seat to fill:
- Manage internal order processing across multiple channels, including phone, email and EDI, ensuring accurate and timely execution
- Coordinate inbound deliveries and proactively follow up on logistics-related issues to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Collaborate closely with Accounts Payable and Finance on order-related topics and requests
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees and management regarding internal orders and related inquiries
- Handle administrative and organizational tasks to support efficient day-to-day operations within Internal Order Management
- Manage customer complaints and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions with relevant internal stakeholders
- Support the testing and implementation of new transactions, processes and functionalities in SAP
- Support the Manager Internal Order Management and act as a reliable backup when required
- Coordinate special shipping requests and ensure alignment with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Your stroll to CYBEX:
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
- First relevant professional experience in order management, customer service, logistics, sales administration or a comparable operational environment
- Good understanding of order processing and logistics processes; experience with SAP and EDI is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with a structured, accurate and reliable way of working
- Service-oriented mindset and confident communication with different internal and external stakeholders
- Hands-on mentality with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Fluent German and good English skills
