Assistant to Management - Maternity Cover (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:
- In this position, you will be entrusted with the 360° support of all administrative, coordinating, and organizational tasks
- Support the assistant team of our management with the office organization and take over holiday replacements
- Meeting preparation and ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Taking over the scheduling and maintenance of calendars, and prepare presentations
- Responsible for document management and meeting deadlines
Your profile of qualification:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or comparable commercial training (e.g., office clerk, hotel manager, foreign language correspondent)
- Professional experience in a comparable position (e.g., executive assistant, team assistant) in an international environment
- Two-year limited contract with possibility of extension
- Proficient at using MS Office
- Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written
- Structured and well organized. Willingness to handle multiple tasks
- Positive and winning attitude
