Your seat to fill:

• Act as Business Manager for the Project Management Commerce function, driving business priorities, cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, and operational topics to ensure effective execution and sustainable results
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, ensuring clear ownership, strong stakeholder alignment, and timely execution
• Translate strategic and business requirements into structured action plans, priorities, and tangible deliverables
• Act as a key interface between functions and management levels, ensuring effective communication, alignment, transparency, and consistent follow-up
• Create transparency around business and project priorities through clear KPIs, milestones, risk tracking, and management reporting
• Develop, align, document, and implement standardized business processes and project management workflows to improve efficiency, transparency, and quality of execution
• Prepare clear, concise, and management-ready presentations, analyses, and decision-making materials to support effective business decisions
• Proactively identify challenges, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement, and drive solutions through to successful completion
• Support the Senior Director Project Management Commerce in driving strategic priorities, business initiatives, process development and implementation, and selected operational topics

Your stroll to CYBEX: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Economics, or a comparable field
• Proven experience in Business Management, Project Management, Consulting, Commerce, or a similar environment
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders in a dynamic organization
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex topics, identify interdependencies, and turn them into practical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across functions and with senior management
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to simplify complex information and present it clearly and concisely
• Highly structured, organized, and execution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with KPIs and business data
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
