Area of responsibilites: 

 

  • Support and collaborate with the SVP to define and implement the overall global business unit strategy
  • Monitor the achievement of milestones, action points, and deadlines related to strategy execution
  • Analyze data, prepare insights, and deliver high-quality presentations to inform decision-making
  • Lead and participate in key global projects across multiple functions
  • Drive digitalization initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance team efficiency
  • Organize and oversee departmental and cross-functional meetings, including town halls, strategy reviews, and monthly updates
  • Develop, monitor, and present relevant KPIs, offering high-level overviews and detailed reports as needed
  • Support budget planning and oversee budget tracking for New Product Categories department
  • Act as a key interface between country organizations, internal brand divisions, and the New Product division
  • Work closely with the Senior Director Go-To-Market to drive cross-category alignment, presenting a unified approach to customers and consumers
  • Manage the SVP’s daily agendas, schedules, and logistics, including preparation and follow-up for business trips
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support and take ownership of ad-hoc projects as required


Profile of qualification: 

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a vocational training with relevant experience is also accepted
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, including a talent for interpreting complex data and creating compelling presentations
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in digital tools and workflows, with a strong aptitude for driving process efficiencies
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to interface effectively with cross-functional teams globally
  • Ability to work in dynamic and collaborative work environment that values innovation and efficiency
  • Fluent in both German and English
