As we continue to expand rapidly, we are seeking dynamic professionals to join our team and contribute to CYBEX's success story. Areas of responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute holistic store design strategies for all physical touchpoints (flagships, boutiques, pop-ups, showrooms)
  • Lead architectural planning and implementation for brand environments including trade fairs, exhibitions, and high-impact corporate events, internal festivities, shop in shop concepts
  • Own project lifecycle management from concept to completion: budget planning, timeline tracking, vendor coordination, and execution
  • Ensure architectural concepts reflect and elevate the brand identity and customer journey
  • Manage international internal teams (Visual Merchandising, Corporate Architecture, Visual Merchandising Retail, Project Management) and collaborate with external architects, agencies, and contractors
  • Align closely with retail operations, marketing, and brand teams to ensure cohesion across all spaces
  • Maintain awareness of design trends, sustainability practices, and innovation in spatial design
  • Oversee and improve guidelines for design standards and architectural brand manuals

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
  • 10+ years of professional experience in architecture with a focus on luxury retail, corporate spaces, or events
  • Proven track record in project management of high-end design/build projects across multiple markets
  • Deep understanding of premium brand environments and experiential design
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead interdisciplinary and multicultural teams
  • Fluent in English; German and/or Italian preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively abroad
