Director Operations EMEA (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure perfect order execution; oversee the documentation of all operations to ensure that consistent, efficient workflows are in place, yielding optimal productivity and performance
- Manage sales operation processes and coordinate fulfilment and execution planning resources allocation
- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and formulate and implement improvement processes and policies; oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service level in EMEA to a first-class level
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability; analyze operational performance and issues impacting the business by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics and proactively identify areas of risk and opportunity and propose the appropriate corrective actions
- Develop long-term operational strategies for the EMEA region, working closely with senior management to meet company objectives
- Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback being able to develop talents; develop succession planning discipline to maintain an all-time effectiveness of the organization
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
- Drive change management process through the EMEA region
- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
Your profile of qualification:
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
- Proven experience as Director of Operations or equivalent position
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. SAP ERP, CRM)
- Excellent entrepreneurial and action-oriented mindset with strong execution capabilities and ability to succeed
- Outstanding communication and people skills, very structured and analytical working-style
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines
- In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. customer service, order management, execution and fulfilment, finance, etc.)
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Pragmatic, self-driven and strategically thinking
- Solution-oriented; drive for results and innovation
- Able to build a high-performance organization and inspire the organization to achieve and exceed its objectives
- Solid negotiation skills with experience developing contracts and partnerships
- Able to multi-task, be flexible and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel
