  • To improve product marketing to increase the Return on Investment of the Product Development masterplan. (i.e.) strong consumer led product positioning, product information systems and communication to all stakeholders.  
  • To create and maintain a solid (product) knowledge basis for Marketing & Sales teams as well as VP Marketing leading to better and more streamlined decision making, faster process execution, and increased output overall . 
  • Deliver Excellence in consumer experience with Product (across all touchpoints, packaging, product information, clarity of benefits) with a strong understanding of digital and point of sale
  • Setup a Digital Product Marketing Excellence approach to drive connection to the end consumer
  • Increase effective product communication that enables the Comms and Marketing Teams to excel and the global Sales Organization to execute with excellence.





  • Be the Product Marketing team leader for interfacing between Product Management, Global Marketing and Global Sales Teams.
  • Monitor and ensure post season market feedbacks are incorporated in the process
  • Ensure the Product Marketing input to the global Go-to-Market Toolbox is “Fit to Win” (i.e.) on time, easy to use, minimal to no touch execution ready, and within budget parameters.
  • Act as the primary global point of contact and leader for all CYBEX Product Marketing activities being a close cooperation partner for content creation, communications, trade & international marketing and in continuous exchange with product management & product development





  • Ability to take the perspective of the consumer while taking into account the technical side of the product, brand positioning and the company’s commercial interests to create one clear picture.

  • Strong emotional intelligence, diplomacy approach in dealing with sensitive and confidential information, excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong communicator who loves working with people and has agile but highly organized way of working
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, ability to get things done while seeing the forest from the trees.
  • Significant experience in leading International Product Marketing roles
