Expert Industrial Engineering (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

 

  • Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
  • Product ranges from high technical Airbag Car Seat, Ultra Compact Light Weight Buggies over Electrical Driven Prams, etc.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to gather and interpret data related to production, resource utilization, and performance metrics in order to make decisions and recommendations for process improvements
  • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies to streamline operations effectively
  • Collaborate with production managers and other stakeholders to plan and optimize the allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor production output, efficiency, and other relevant performance metrics
  • Oversee and coordinate various industrial engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes
  • Provide training and mentorship to your team members, fostering their professional growth and enhancing their skills in industrial engineering methodologies and tools
  • Work closely with other departments, such as production, supply chain, and logistics, to optimize end-to-end processes and enhance overall organizational efficiency

 
 
Your profile of qualification:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in industrial engineering, with a track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
  • Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with industrial engineering software and tools
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and work under tight deadlines
  • Hands on mentality and team player
  • Familiar with 3D CAD (ProE or similar)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
