Global Trainer (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Deliver onboarding for new employees as well as other onboarding training for various function of the business.
  • Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to the sales process
  • Spend time with sales representatives on the field to develop products, system, and sales acumen.
  • Conduct various training for new and current employees to improve knowledge and skills
  • Improve training techniques to meet the unique demands of the various audiences in the organization.
  • As needed provide coaching, conduct training sessions, and develop outcome improvement resources.
  • Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available, and integrating support with routine job functions.
  • Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
  • Report on the impact of training programs. Develop sales performance policies and methods for evaluating performance.
     

Your profile of qualification:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
  • Experience in a sales position is a plus
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
  • Solid communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding adult learning principal
  • Ability to coach others
  • Excellent presentation skills in English as well as another European Language (German preferred)
  • Ability to explain complex technologies in an easy and digestible way to multiple types of audiences  
  • Training delivery, training Management, performance Management
  • Motivating Others, Giving Feedback, Coaching
  • Willingness to travel
