Your areas of responsibilities:
- Deliver onboarding for new employees as well as other onboarding training for various function of the business.
- Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to the sales process
- Spend time with sales representatives on the field to develop products, system, and sales acumen.
- Conduct various training for new and current employees to improve knowledge and skills
- Improve training techniques to meet the unique demands of the various audiences in the organization.
- As needed provide coaching, conduct training sessions, and develop outcome improvement resources.
- Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available, and integrating support with routine job functions.
- Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
- Report on the impact of training programs. Develop sales performance policies and methods for evaluating performance.
Your profile of qualification:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
- Experience in a sales position is a plus
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Understanding adult learning principal
- Ability to coach others
- Excellent presentation skills in English as well as another European Language (German preferred)
- Ability to explain complex technologies in an easy and digestible way to multiple types of audiences
- Training delivery, training Management, performance Management
- Motivating Others, Giving Feedback, Coaching
- Willingness to travel
