Your seat to fill:
- Employee Lifecycle Support: Deliver administrative HR support across all stages of the employee lifecycle for employees across multiple international locations, from entry to departure
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate and execute international onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliant and seamless transitions across countries
- HR Data & Systems: Create and maintain accurate personnel profiles in SuccessFactors (HRIS) for an international workforce and maintain global organizational charts
- Policies & Processes: Update and maintain HR policies & processes, handbooks, and procedures. Assist in drafting internal communications and guidelines for employees. Provide support in the implementation of new HR systems and digital tools
- HR Documentation: Prepare employment contracts, employer certificates, and other HR-related documents in line with country-specific requirements, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Reference Letter: Draft, review, and proofread reference letter in line with company standards
- Visa & Immigration Support: Advise and support internationally mobile employees with visa, relocation, and immigration-related queries and processes
- Workplace Accidents: Process workplace accident reports in line with local legal requirements and ensure timely documentation and follow-up
- Payroll Coordination: Manage correspondence with payroll providers across multiple countries to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- HR Projects: Actively collaborate on global and regional HR projects and contribute to international process improvements
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, payroll teams, and other global stakeholders to ensure smooth international HR operations
Your stroll to CYBEX:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or completed vocational training
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role, ideally in an international environment supporting multiple country entities
- Solid knowledge of HR processes, employment contracts, and labor law basics (preferably with exposure to different country regulations)
- Experience working with HRIS systems (preferably SuccessFactors)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a high level of discretion
- Fluency in German and very good English skills
