Your seat to fill:
- You act as a strategic sparring partner to our General Managers and leaders across the EMEA markets, supporting them on organizational, talent, and leadership-related topics
- You translate business objectives into effective people strategies and provide expert guidance on organizational development, talent management, workforce planning, and leadership
- You support business growth, transformation, and organizational change initiatives while enabling leaders to build and develop high-performing teams
- You leverage HR and business data to identify trends early, support informed decision-making, and actively shape the evolution of a data-driven HR Business Partnering approach
- You advise on employee-related, organizational, and labor law matters, developing pragmatic and sustainable solutions aligned with business needs
- You take ownership of HR topics throughout the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring professional, consistent, and compliant execution
- You actively drive the further development of organizational structures, role architectures, talent processes, and succession planning frameworks
- You partner closely with the HR team to shape the future of HR Business Partnering at CYBEX—from data-driven decision-making and people analytics to the meaningful application of AI within the HR environment
- You challenge existing processes, introduce innovative ideas, and actively contribute to the continuous evolution of modern HR practices
- You take ownership of international HR projects and play a key role in shaping the future of our European Sales organization
Your stroll to CYBEX:
- Successfully completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner within an international environment, ideally supporting multiple countries or business units
- Proven ability to act as a trusted sparring partner to leaders, advising on organizational, talent, and leadership-related topics
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to commercial objectives and organizational success
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to combine facts, insights, and sound judgment to make informed decisions
- Strong affinity for modern technologies and a proven ability to leverage AI-powered solutions to increase efficiency, improve decision-making, and drive innovative HR solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and create impact without formal authority
- Self-driven, pragmatic, and resilient, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive matters
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
