Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Responsible for operations of our current HR IT application System SAP SuccessFactors
  • Monitoring of the technical Performance, processing of incidents, 1st level support for users and key users
  • Participation in the digital transformation in HR
  • Demand manager for our HR process owners and stakeholders (Finance, IT)
  • Independent solution development and configuration of process changes within the SuccessFactors modules Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Goals & Performance, Analytics
  • Carrying out maintenance activities, authorization management, Documentation, knowledge preparation and transfer to the users
  • Release management and roadmapping for Success Factors
  • Management and cooperation of our service providers for further development projects and 2nd level support
  • Active participation in the overall HR IT strategy and architecture
  • Active participation in an ongoing project to assess alternative HR IT systems, e.g. Workday, Personio

 

     Your profile of qualification:

  • Enthusiasm and passion for IT and digitization topics for the HR function (digital workflows, payroll accounting, time management...)
  • Successful completed university degree in the MINT subjects or comparable knowledge and qualifications acquired in practice
  • Several years of professional experience in the set-up, further development and application operation of cloud-based systems as a key user or consultant
  • Knowledge of HR IT systems such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Personio or comparable cloud systems
  • Enjoy new challenges in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and to develop, try out and implement your own ideas and innovative solutions
  • High service orientation and communication skills at all levels
  • Team player with hands-on mentality
  • Agile mindset and experience in agile working are desirable
  • Fluent German and English skills
