Head of After Sales (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:
- Active management of incoming B2B customer inquiries (multiple channels like calls, online, SAP, interactive)
- Lead and oversee the teams of repair center and after sales creating a good work environment and focusing on developing the organization and the talents in the team to reach the next steps
- Lead the after sales roadmap and different projects to elevate the organization to a best in class level
- Define and implement continuous improvement projects to increase service and quality
- Resource planning within the team and steering of temporary workers and company as well as budget control
- Ensure customer satisfaction, repairs of faulty products as well as provide product information
Your profile of qualification:
- Several years of experience in a similar leadership position in after sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into effective processes, systems, and tools
- Flexible, self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across various functions
- Fluent English speaker, German would be a plus
- Willingness to travel (around 20 percent)
