Head of Business Processes (m/f/d)

Areas of responsibilities:
- Your goal is to understand the relevant business challenges and needs across the various workstreams and functions (local & Global)
- To drive towards a more lean organization, digitalization and automation
- Define, educate, manage and audit where necessary the current business operations standards and processes (DECA loop)
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset to assist in creation and implementation of business workflows and procedures
- Analyze business operational result and provide recommendations and implement improvements
- Coordinate with stakeholders and management in integrating business processes throughout the organization
- Implementation of continuous improvement measures to consequently develop organizations effectiveness
Your profile of qualification:
- Degree in Industrial engineering or comparable education balanced with a passion and eye for process management
- Fluency in English and German is required
- Exceptional consulting, project and stakeholder skills, strong conceptual thinking with a hands-on approach and the charisma to make things happen
- Strong presentation and moderation skills at all company levels (including C-Level)
- Several years of experience as a process management consultant, your field of activity was in corporate consulting
- You have experience in managing business process management and project management, ideally in a dynamic environment
- A creator and builder mindset who thrives with transformation growth both on a local and international scale.
