Areas of responsibilities:
- Drive the lean organization, digitalization and automation
- Definition, education, control and auditing of business operations standards and processes (DECA loop)
- Assist in design and implementation of business workflows and procedures
- Analyze business operational result and provide recommendations and implement improvements
- Coordinate with stakeholders and management in integrating business processes throughout the organization
- Implementation of continuous improvement measures to consequently develop organizations effectiveness
Your profile of qualification:
- Degree in Industrial engineering or comparable education
- Fluent business English and German language skills
- Well-developed leadership skills, strong conceptual thinking, a hands-on approach and the charisma to make things happen
- Strong presentation and moderation skills at all company levels (including C-Level)
- Several years of experience as a process management consultant, your field of activity was in corporate consulting
- You have experience in managing business process management and project management, ideally in a dynamic environment
