Head of HR Business Partner(m/f/d)

Area of responsibilities: 

 

  • Professional and disciplinary management of the team of HR Business Partners as well as independent supervision of a small group of employees
  • Supporting the team in looking after employees in all matters worldwide 
  • Further development of HR Business Partners and internal HR processes 
  • Conducting annual appraisals, salary and bonus reviews as well as employee and development reviews
  • Handling operational HR topics with a strong hands-on mentality
  • Representing the HR department to management and employees 
  • Close collaboration with Talent Acquisition and support in recruiting and onboarding
  • Constructive and cooperative collaboration with the works council

 

Profile of qualification: 

 

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on economics, psychology or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant, several years of experience as a generalist HR business partner with initial management experience
  • Experience in the implementation and further development of internal HR processes
  • Very good knowledge of German labour law, further country knowledge an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Intercultural skills, strong communication skills, hands-on mentality and strong interpersonal skills
