Head of Marketing Child Safety and Technologies (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:
- Take charge of marketing responsibilities for the Child Safety Technologies Business Unit, ensuring alignment across all departments, including PMK, Campaign, Trade, Digital, PR, SM, and International Marketing
- Strategic thinker with a passion for marketing in the realms of technical innovation, automotive safety in an high-end segment
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of automotive trends, technologies, and safety features to drive marketing initiatives for our cutting-edge child safety products
- You are driving marketing initiatives with a focus on technical innovation, automotive safety, and luxury consumer goods
- Integrate a profound understanding of technical consumer goods into marketing strategies, ensuring our campaigns align seamlessly with the high standards of the market
- Collaborate closely with other Business Units to lead the execution of projects, ensuring seamless cross-channel alignment and timely campaign launches
- Lead the development of go-to-market tools for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and tactical marketing initiatives, emphasizing technical features of a high-end quality
- Develop full campaign plans and mechanisms, including budgeting, for all channels (own/third party, on-/offline) from conception to market launch and beyond
- Plan and manage the campaign-specific toolbox to guarantee and control global campaign launches, considering market-specific needs
- Act as the main contact person for relevant marketing and non-marketing units, ensuring a consumer-centric, holistic, and multichannel approach to campaigns
- Serve as a project manager for complete campaign and communication management, involving stakeholders at the director and VP levels, with a focus on technical intricacies and luxury brand messaging
- Be an impulse generator for target group-oriented cross-channel campaigns, taking responsibility for the communication of child safety products throughout their life cycle
- Establish and optimize operational workflows for seamless collaboration with the entire team, identifying areas for improvement
- Onboard and oversee internal and external partners to protect the CYBEX brand affinity within the Business Unit, emphasizing technical innovation and luxury positioning
- Work closely with the digital team to drive the digital transformation of the Business Unit, capitalizing on emerging opportunities such as direct marketing
Your profile of qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and/or Business Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leading marketing, brand, or communications role in an international context
- Strong background in marketing and a keen understanding of global trends in the automotive and technology Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with a focus on innovation and creativity
- Strategic thinker with a passion for marketing in the realms of technical innovation, automotive safety in an high-end segment
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
- Project management skills with high analytical abilities and a hands-on mentality
- Fluent in both spoken and written German and English
