Head of Product Operations Solutions (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibilities:

· Build internal competencies and external partnerships to deliver solutions in the area of Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain & Logistics, HR & Finance

· Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive roadmaps

· Ensure successful implementation of strategic projects and initiatives

· Drive innovation and evolve technical architecture based on business needs

· Lead digitalization initiatives within the domain and promote digital solutions

· Lead a team of Solution Architects and foster a collaborative work environment

 

Your profile of qualifications:

· Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Technology or Science or similar education

· First experience in functionally and disciplinary leading a team

· Strong project management skills with the ability to successfully integrate available resources

· Strong analytical and logical skills. Able to construct or modify independently business processes or working methodologies

· Comprehensive knowledge within IT especially in area of SAP S/4 HANA and connected modules

· Knowledge in the are of product life cycle management tools (PLM)

· Comprehensive knowledge in integration with other IT systems

· Fluent in English, both verbally and written

· Adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing environment
