Your seat to fill:

 

  • Drive and develop Project Management across Corporate Architecture and Events, establishing standards, governance models, and tools while ensuring transparency, prioritization, and consistent execution across the global project portfolio
  • Lead and coordinate architectural brand touchpoint projects from concept approval to handover, managing cross-functional stakeholders and external partners while ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with quality and corporate guidelines
  • Oversee and steer global events, trade fairs, and brand activations, ensuring seamless planning and execution under international conditions and aligning all projects with brand and marketing objectives
  • Lead, structure, and develop the Project Management teams, defining clear roles and responsibilities, strengthening capabilities, and fostering strong collaboration across architecture, design, and event functions
  • Act as the central interface between all relevant internal and external stakeholders, drive structured decision-making processes, and ensure clear communication and professional escalation management across all projects
  • Own and control budget planning, cost management, quality standards, and risk mitigation across the entire project portfolio while continuously improving efficiency, compliance, and delivery performance

  • Studies of Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Event Management, Design, or a comparable qualification
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in international project management within Corporate Architecture, retail, events, or trade fair environments
  • Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in an international context
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget planning and cost control
  • Solid understanding of brand-driven architectural and event environments
  • Strong leadership capability combined with a hands-on execution mindset
