Areas of responsibilities
- Leading a team of solution architects to design and execute E2E solutions for B2B business
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to define requirements, understand & capture business needs as input for the digital strategy and roadmap execution
- Lead & execute projects of the digital roadmap in your area of responsibility
- Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands in close collaboration with peers
- Present solutions and estimates to Digital & IT Leadership, business process owner and service owners in order to gain approval or rejection for the realization
- Ensure adherence to IT processes as well as policies, principles and guidelines
- Evaluate new technical solutions based on future business needs
- Be an ambassador for digital solutions
Your profile of qualification:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Technology or Science or similar education
- Several years of relevant experience in SAP consulting or Competence Centers in Retail or CPG
- First experience in functionally and disciplinary leading a team would be a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to successfully integrate available resources
- Strong analytical and logical skills. Able to construct or modify independently business processes or working methodologies
- SAP consulting or internal SAP competence center background
- Experience in SAP roll-outs and template development and governance
- Comprehensive knowledge in area of SAP S/4 HANA SD and connected modules
- Comprehensive knowledge in integration with other IT systems
- Knowledge of project management models (e.g. PRINCE2), frameworks (e.g. TOGAF), IT service management (e.g. ITIL) and different project methodologies (e.g. waterfall, scrum)
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written
