Your seat to fill:

 

 

  • Shape and drive the CYBEX sustainability strategy, working cross-functionally to define priorities and coordinate sustainable activities and initiatives across the organization
  • Act as the central point of contact for all sustainability and ESG matters, fostering knowledge sharing and education while building a strong cross-functional sustainability network
  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of CYBEX’s ESG Reporting, ensuring transparency, quality, and compliance with relevant reporting requirements
  • Develop and implement sustainability policies, standards, and practices, embedding sustainability into business decisions, processes, and ways of working
  • Define business-relevant sustainability KPIs and standards, establishing robust data governance and driving the collection, validation, and reporting of sustainability data
  • Serve as the key interface for Group sustainability matters, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and collaboration with Group stakeholders
  • Assess policies, processes, and practices to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous sustainability performance across the organization
  • Monitor sustainability trends, regulations, and emerging topics, translating relevant developments into pragmatic, business-relevant solutions while maintaining appropriate documentation, budgets, and records

 

 

 

Your stroll to CYBEX: 

 

 

  • Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in Sustainability, ESG, Corporate Responsibility, Strategy, Consulting, or a comparable role within an international organization
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies and embedding sustainability across complex, cross-functional business environments
  • Solid knowledge of ESG frameworks, reporting requirements, and sustainability regulations, including CSRD, ESRS, GRI, TCFD, and related global standards
  • Hands-on experience with ESG reporting, sustainability KPIs, data governance, and reporting structures
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across multiple business functions and international teams
  • Analytical and project management skills, with the ability to turn complex sustainability topics into pragmatic, business-oriented solutions
  • Experience working across supply chain, product development, operations, compliance, and corporate functions is highly desirable
  • Strong business acumen and a genuine passion for sustainability, with a pragmatic approach to balancing environmental, social, and commercial objectives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience managing external partners, auditors, certification bodies, or industry initiatives is an advantage. Fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous
